The Mexican Petroleum Congress (CMP) is the most important international event in Latin America related to the oil industry. The 17th edition will be held in the State of Campeche, the main contributor of oil in Mexico, with Campeche City as its headquarters for the first time, from June 7 to 10, 2023.   

The organization of this event will be in charge of the Mexican Association of Petroleum Geologists (AMGP), accompanied by the Mexican Association of Exploration Geophysicists (AMGE), the College of Petroleum Engineers of Mexico (CIPM), the Association of Petroleum Engineers of Mexico (AIPM) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Mexico Section, which join forces with the objective of promoting knowledge and technical and technological updating that allow Mexico to optimally take advantage of the exploration and exploitation of the nation’s hydrocarbons.
